A revitalizing indoor yoga class every Saturday morning at 10am and every Tuesday at 6pm. Their experienced teacher, Chris Mayhan, will guide you through the practice at 3200 Olympus Blvd. Chris is a certified yoga instructor with a wealth of experience, spanning over 15 years. She specializes in creating a tranquil environment where participants can find inner peace by connecting with their breath and letting go.

The hour-long program features Brian Balmages’ Ice Sculptures, the traditional Irish folk song Carrickfergus, Beethoven’s Finale from his 5th Symphony, and Holst’s The Planets - Jupiter, among many others!
