“LVC” stands for Las Colinas, Valley Ranch, & Coppell. This new Magazine and website for your community is intended to be both informative and entertaining for you and your family.

My name is Nicole Andrews and my family and I have loved living in both Coppell and Las Colinas for nearly 30 years. Both of our daughters graduated from Coppell High School. Our current home is in Las Colinas. My background is varied, but for the last 14 years my team and I have focused on residential real estate in the Dallas metroplex, specializing in the “LVC” area.

When I started in residential real estate, I found that the most valuable information I could provide to my neighbors was information on the state of their local real estate market. As an engineer by education, I focused on market analysis, trends, and statistics ... spending hours each month to produce an insightful newsletter for my neighbors. The response was overwhelmingly positive!

My business has grown quite a bit since those early newsletter days. I am thrilled to now be able to provide this information on a much broader scale. LVC Living Magazine goes to roughly 8,000 homes in our area. Within the next few pages you will find a wealth of market information for your area.

You will also find a calendar of great events in our area, the “LVC” pet of the month (please submit yours!), interesting articles, games and recipes.
